Terms and conditions.

We require a non refundable deposit of 20%

Cancellation 14 days and more – there is no cancellation fee payable although you will forfeit your non refundable deposit of 20%
Cancellation 7 – 14 days 50% of total accommodation is payable.
Cancellation 6 days and less 100% of the remaining 80% is payable.
This also applies to late or early departure dates.

We do our utmost to try and re –allocate the room to another guest, and if so will refund as much of the remaining 80% as possible.

We do recommend that guests take our travel insurance which will cover all eventualities.
